Click on “Continue to Payment” OR “Start Free Trail” Option
Approval Process and Duration
After the Payment/ Free Trail Option, We typically approve applications in 24 hours. In some cases, approval process may be delayed due to holidays, weekend and festivals
Post Approval
After Approval, You will receive an email with confirmation along with login credentials
Login
Please login with your registered phone number and password
Forgot Password
If you forgot the password, enter the Phone number which you used while registration.
We will send OTP to the registered Phone Number
Enter the OTP along with New Password Details
Pre-conditions for Creating Project
Here are the per-conditions for creating a Project
- Your Client Must in the System
- If you do not see the client in the system, please create client. Refer to Client section for more details
- Vendors Must in the System
- If you do not see the Vendor in the system, please create vendor. Refer to Vendor section for more details
- Project Managers must be created for your agency. Refer to Project Managers section for more details
Create Project - Setup
To begin create client
- Click on clients
- Click on “add client” to create project
- Give all the required fields in client registration and submit
After that create the vendors
- Click on vendors
- Click on “add vendor” to create project
- Give all required fields in vendor registration and submit. –
Finally, you can create project manager

- click on project managers
- Click on add project manager
- Give all details required in project manager registration and submit
- Most importantly Enter the following details to create new project in required fields
- Enter Project Name
- Enter project location
- Enter contact person name
- Enter contact person number
- Select the client in dropdown
- Select the vendor in dropdown
- Select the project manager
- Select the type of advertisement
- Upload art work using choose files button
- Enter Quantity
- If required click check box to generate barcodes
- Click on create project
- Go to project list, click on submitted projects and check the status of project approval.
Create Project - Approval Request
- Once the project is created wait for approval from client end.
- Agencies can view the status of approval/rejection of created project in project list (submitted projects)
If the created project got approved it will show you has print pending so wait for the vendor job.
Create Project - Printing Completion
With help of vendor dashboard portal, vendor will update his/her status about the job completion.
Once the job is completed by vendor it’s time to take action from your end.
Create Project - Begin Execution

- Click on start project once the vendor job is completed
- It will switch to “execution in progress projects” (projects list)
Create Project - Assign Users

- Click on Start project in submitted projects (project lists)
- Assign to users and click on assign and start execution.
- You can see the project execution started popup message.

Client Creation
- Client account will be created by agency

Edit Client
Client have the access to edit; view add project manager.
Project Managers at Client
Project manager handles a particular project given by the client. He/she can upload the artwork and have the access to view the project by location.
Options for Client Admin

- Client can create a project, accept or reject the project which is submitted by agency.
- Client have the access to change the status and view the project status.
- Client can also add, edit and view the location of the project manager.
Options for Client Project Manager
- Client project manager have the access to view projects and their locations
- Client project manager will be able to upload the artwork.
Creating Field Users
- Field user account will be created by agency
- User needs to sign up with the log-in credentials given by agency. If you don’t have any log-in credentials please contact your agency.
- Also, Download the BTL assist app on your phone to capture the photos.
Assign Field Users to Projects
It depends upon agency that hoe many field users he/she wants to assign for the particular location and the project.
Maximum Projects to field Users
There is no restriction in the number of project selection. It totally depends upon the agency that how many field users they are allocating for particular location and project.
Mobile App for Field Users
It will help the field users to upload the advertisements and capture the exact location.
Steps to be followed –
- Download the app from google play store.
- Please login with your login credentials given by your manager.
- Click on start job and start uploading.
- After you are done uploading you can see in the main screen how many photos you have captured with proper time and location.
Minimum Phone Requirements for Field Users
Every field user should have one smart phone with proper internet connection and GPS signal.

How to create Client Project Manager
If client want to create a project manager for the project steps need to follow

- Give all the required fields in “project manager registration”
- Click on submit button and you will receive a message
- You can view created project manager details in “project managers list”
How to Create Vendor
- Vendor account will be created by agency.
- Vendor needs to sign up with the log-in credentials given by agency. If you don’t have any log-in credentials please contact your agency.
Features for Vendor/ Printing Vendor
Once the client has approved the project and change the status to – ‘PRINT PENDING’.
Then, Vendor task is to view the assigned project and the art work of the project and start printing. Once the printing is done, vendor had to change the status to – ‘PRINT COMPLETED’.
Live Tracking of Project Execution

Is there any time gap?
There is no time gap. The moment field executive captures the photo, it will be synced to the database.
If the field executive doesn’t have Internet connection, data will be synced when he/she connected to the Internet
Loss of GPS Signal
If there is any loss of GPS signal, App will try to get co-ordinates using A-GPS or it will store last known location for tracking purpose
Loss of Internet Connection
If the field executive doesn’t have active Internet connection or loss of internet connectivity, data will be stored in his/her phone and synced when he/she connected to the Internet
How Many Users/ Projects can I track at a time?
You can track all the Execution In-Progress projects at a time. There is no restriction for live tracking.

When can I generate Report
Report can be generated as soon as the Project is Completed
Availability of Data after Project Completion
Project Data will be available up to 6 months or depending on your subscription plan.
You can view the report generated at any time.
How many credits provided after subscription purchase
Total Number of Credits will be based on the subscription plan. Please refer to Pricing Page for more details
Can I buy more credits
Yes, You can purchase credits at any time.
Validity of Credits
Your Credits will be valid as long as you have active subscription. Any left over credits will be carry forwarded to the next subscription period.
